500 Harvard Street – a request for a Comprehensive Permit, M.G.L. c.40B, to construct a six-story building with 25 (formerly 30) units of rental residential housing on a 6,969 sf lot; one level of ground floor retail; and 10 (formerly 6) parking spaces with stackers on the ground floor. Twenty five percent of the units would be affordable. (Precinct 9)
