CDICR- PATTERNS OF RACISM IN BROOKLINE COMMITTEE

? Approval of minutes from March 25 and April 1
? Identify note taker
? Committee “SMART” goals for 2021
o What specifically will we accomplish by year-end? Report? Warrant Article(s)? TAB articles? Archive?
o Brainstorm ideas, commit to a few items
? Begin research process
o Material from Arthur Conquest and Irving Allen (contact with BHS students and Brookline Library?)
o Print forms and distribute them to organizations and offices around town
o Reach out to other community members who might have materials and or firsthand recollections of their experiences
? What should our process be? (brief three sentence explanation)
? Who will reach out to whom and when?
? Spreadsheet self-assignments (still several blanks)
o Contact the TAB to see if they will do an article about the Committee
o Monitor Town Meeting and PAX listservs
o Monitor Facebook and Twitter posts
? Public Comment
? Adjourn by 1pm
