The Sustainability Subcommittee of the Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 6:00 PM to review, discuss and possibly vote on Warrant Articles 25, 26 and 37

Due to current public health concerns, meetings will be conducted virtually using Zoom.

1. Continuation of Hearing: Review, discuss and possibly vote on WA37: Resolution pertaining to the declaration of a Climate Emergency and adoption of a Climate Crisis Action Plan.  (Norton, et al)
2. Continuation of Hearing: Review, discuss and possibly vote on WA25: Amend Sections 5.06 and 2.06 of the Town's Zoning By-law to require new buildings in the Emerald Island Special District to be Fossil Fuel Free (FFF).  (Scanlon et. al)
3. Review, discuss and possibly vote on WA26: Amend the Town’s Zoning Bylaws to incentivize Fossil Fuel Free (FFF) infrastructure in new construction and significant rehabilitation of buildings by special permit. (Cunningham et. al)
4. Other business
