  3. Discuss and possibly vote on recommendations regarding the civilian complaints process.
  4. Discuss the Police Manual including proposed changes involving conduct unbecoming, social media, duty to intervene, and possibly other policies.
  5. Possibly discuss other matters pertaining to accountability items of policing reform.
  6. Public Comment on the subcommittee Draft Report
