6:30 PM          Green Hill Local Historic District- proposal to form a study committee to explore a potential Local Historic District in the Green Hill neighborhood.  Properties include 25 Cottage Street, 39 Cottage Street, 222 Warren Street & other historically significant properties in the area as appropriate.
