PUBLIC COMMENT

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting. Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up. Advance registration is available by calling the Select Board’s office at 617-730-2202 or by e-mail at kmacgillivray@brooklinema.gov. Presentation and Public Hearing to consider the FCC Form 394 transfer requested seeking the Select Board's approval for a change of control of the Cable Television Franchisee, RCN Telecom Services of MA, LLC, from Radiate Holdings, LP to Stonepeak Associates, IV LLC.

RCN BOYLSTON STREET NOISE BY-LAW WAIVER PUBLIC HEARING

Question of authorizing the noise bylaw waiver request in connection with work to repair and or preplace 4 existing RCN Manholes on Boylston Street.

32 MARION 40B SITE APPROVAL PUBLIC HEARING

Presentation and review of the application for site approval that was submitted by the Brookline Housing Authority to MassHousing for the Col. Floyd Housing Development in accordance with M.G.L c.40B to construct a residential building at 32 Marion Street. The Board will hear a preliminary project presentation followed by public comment on the matter.
