PUBLIC MEETING: 40 Centre Street c.40B Modification


Administrative Decision on an application to modify a Comprehensive Permit (c.40B) granted in 2017 to construct a six-story building with 40 rental units, 24 parking spaces with stackers, and 8 affordable units. Proposed change is to reduce parking to 16 spaces with no stackers.

Board will vote to determine if the requested changes are insubstantial or substantial, pursuant to 760 CMR 56.05(11). A vote of insubstantial will modify the comp permit with no appeal period. A vote of substantial would require the Board to open a hearing in 30 days.
