The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold an opening hearing on an application for a Comprehensive Permit submitted to the Town of Brookline by 686 Lewis Hill, LLC, in accordance with M.G.L c.40B, to construct a 4-story building containing 46,841 square feet (including parking garage), a total of 24 condominium units, and 27 parking spaces in the T-5 Two-Family and Attached Single-Family zoning district. (Precinct 13)
