The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a virtual public hearing on an application for a Comprehensive Permit submitted to the Town by 83 Longwood Ave, LLC in accordance with M.G.L c.40B to construct a residential building at 83 Longwood Avenue. [Precinct 3]
The Applicant is proposing to replace the Beech Tree Inn located at 83 Longwood Avenue with a seven-story building to include:
