The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a continued hearing on an application for a Comprehensive Permit submitted to the Town of Brookline by 209 Harvard Street LLC, in accordance with M.G.L c.40B, for 209 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA, to construct 44 housing units, including 36 studios; three, two bedroom units; and five, three bedroom units.  Eleven of these units (25%) would be affordable.  (Precinct 7)
