Question of approving the extension of outdoor seating through March 31, 2022, and revised outdoor seating Regulations and Procedure.

Question of approving the application of the Coolidge Corner Merchant's Association for their Annual Sidewalk Sale for Saturday, July 31 and Sunday August 1between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Question of accepting a grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts MassDOT for the 2021 Shared Streets and Spaces Program in the amount of $199,200.

Question of approving the Housing Advisory Board’s recommendation that a maximum of $5,000 in Housing Trust funds be allocated for tasks related to the development of a scope and approach for location-based development scenarios, including the fiscal and community impacts of such development scenarios, as referenced in Task 5 of the Town’s Housing Production RFP and in the consultant’s response to the RFP.
