The Economic Development Advisory Board (EDAB) Presents:
Planning for a Changing Brookline Part 2:
"How to Get What We Want from Developers"
December 7, 2015, 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Town Hall, Room 103
RSVP by November 30 to email@example.com
About 70 Brookline neighbors at the first EDAB workshop in June developed a list of criteria (linked below) for successful re-development in our commercial areas. The goal of the December workshop is for participants to feel better empowered to ask the right questions and achieve these criteria when a project is proposed. A panel consisting of developers and former Town officials will discuss the trade-offs inherent in every development project and how they are evaluated by a developer and realized by the Town.
