Unofficial, electronic copies of the project manual and the plan set may be viewed online for informational purposes.
Official hardcopies for bidding may be obtained at Town Hall, 333 Washington Street, Brookline, Massachusetts on Thursday, October 8, 2020, upon a NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF FIFTY ($50.00) DOLLARS. For in person pickup, call ahead to 617-730-2139 and have payment in the form of cash or check when you arrive. Hardcopies can be sent out by USMail upon receipt of the $50.00 fee and by other carrier services upon receipt of the $50.00 fee and a shipping label charged to the recipient’s account.
Sealed bids for proposals addressed to the Commissioner of Public Works, Brookline, Massachusetts and endorsed Temporary Seasonal Refrigeration at Kirrane Rink, CONTRACT NO. PW/21-10 will be received at Town Hall, 333 Washington Street, Brookline, Massachusetts, 02445 via mail or placement in the locked drop-box at the Town Hall entry until October 22, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. local time. To submit a bid please do so using the following options:
1. For in-person drop off, place your bid in the black drop off box located to the left of the main door at Town Hall, 333 Washington Street, Brookline, MA 02445 by 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 22, 2020.
2. Make sure that deliveries by mail via USPS, Fedex, or UPS arrive by 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 to allow time for handling in the mail room.
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols bids will be opened and read aloud via virtual conference on October 22, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. Information to access the Zoom meeting is as follows:
