The Planning Department is working to transition to an online permitting system. Currently, some permits can be applied for online through the Accela online permitting system which accepts online payments. The remaining applications are PDFs that can be completed and printed and must be submitted in person to the Planning Department and paid for by cash or check only. Thank you for your patience as we migrate to this new system.
PLANNING/ZONING:
- Note: All applications for zoning relief must first submit a "Plan Review/Denial" application through the Building Department by clicking Building > Record Type > Plan Review/Denial
- Click Planning > Record Type > Design Review (Instructions)
