MBTA DEAN RD BRIDGE: Nightwork Projected Sept 9 - 10 for Concrete Deck Pour |

****Loss of Water Service: due to complications with construction related to the new water main service located below the Dean Road Bridge some residents may experience a loss of water service. The Town of Brookline is working with the MBTA and it's contractor to complete repairs and restore water service to those impacted residents as soon as possible. The MBTA has reassured town officials that their crews will not leave the site until water is restored.****

- NIGHTWORK LOGISTICS -- The MBTA and their Contractor, S&R Construction, anticipate limited interruption to Green Line service on FRI, SEPT 10 in order to permit continuous nightwork at the new bridge. Starting at the end of regular service hours on Thurs, Sept 9 and running through the night and into the morning of Fri, Sept 10, the Contractor will pour the cement concrete decking at the bridge -- the structural sub-base for the roadway and sidewalk surfaces. Normal Green Line service is scheduled to resume mid-morning of Fri, Sept 10, at the conclusion of construction operations
- PEDESTRIAN CROSSING -- Both the temporary walkway over the tracks and the existing stair down to the Beaconsfield Station will be CLOSED and pedestrians detoured to the grade crossing at Beaconsfield Path
- PARKING RESTRICTIONS -- Parking probhibitions will be limited to the Beaconsfield Station Lot and lengths of Dean Rd and Beaconsfield Rd approaching the bridge's construction zone, and possibly encompass some angle parking areas on nearby Beacon St.
