Interim Policy as voted on by the Board of Selectmen on March 7, 2017:

At their meeting on March 7, 2017, the Board of Selectmen convened a public hearing in order to receive input on a new policy relating to the Town’s cooperation with federal immigration enforcement activity. The Board received substantial comments and suggestions about the draft policy that was proposed. The Board intends to take more time to consider this input before attempting to adopt revised wording on aspects of the Policy. However, the Board did not want to wait before adopting the essential aspects of the Policy. As a result, the Board adopted an Interim Policy while they consider other changes to a more complete policy.
