6:40 PM          Update on the lighting of the Carlton Street footbridge project (Bill Smith, Engineering Department, Town of Brookline).

PUBLIC HEARINGS – LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS

7:00 PM          43 Abbottsford Road (Graffam-McKay LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install two ac condensers and a 48” high wood lattice screening on the west side of the house along the driveway; replace existing kitchen hood exhaust vent cap on the west elevation with a 10 ¾” x 10 ¼” (8” diameter vent pipe) exhaust cover painted to match the existing siding (John and Elizabeth Dowd, applicants).

7:20 PM          21 Crafts Road (Chestnut Hill North LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a 6’ high wood fence for approximately 100 linear feet along the rear property line (Block Wolf Special Opportunities, LLC, applicant).
