PUBLIC COMMENT





Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Up to fifteen minutes for public comment on matters not appearing on this Calendar shall be scheduled each meeting.  Persons wishing to speak may sign up in advance beginning on the Friday preceding the meeting or may sign up in person at the meeting. Speakers will be taken up in the order they sign up.  Advance registration is available by calling the Select Board’s office at 617-730-2211 or by e-mail at sorsini@brooklinema.gov. Question of approving Change Order #19, an increase in the amount of $20,027.48, to the contract with Shawmut Design and Construction in connection with the Renovations and Additions to the Edward Devotion School Project.

Question of approving Extra Work Order No. 1 to Contract No. PW/18-18 “DPW Retaining Wall” in the amount of $59,468.00.



C.


Question of approving the following transfer within the Building Department appropriation:
