Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Joint Convention with the Select Board and the Board of Library Trustees to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Jennifer Rees.

Question of approving the minutes of January 30, 2018.

Question of accepting a gift from The Country Club to financially support and manage the removal of the old grounds maintenance building located adjacent to the driving range at the Robert T. Lynch Golf Course.


C.


Question of approving and executing a contract with Stantec Planning and Landscape Architecture P.C. in the amount of $54,300.00 for design and engineering services associated with the Henry Downes Playground Renovation Project.


D.


Question of approving the submittal of two (2) FY2018 Grant Applications for the Brookline Reservoir Gatehouse.


E.


Question of granting a temporary Wine and Malt Alcoholic Beverages Sales License to Vine Ripe Grill for a Chamber of Commerce Event to be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 5:30pm-8:00pm at 1281 West Roxbury Parkway.

Question of granting two (2) Permits to Serve Alcoholic Beverages (Non Sales/All Types) on Town Property to Larz Anderson Auto Museum at 15 Newton Street as follows:

a.   For an Annual Event Expo to be held on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 11:30am-3:00pm.

b.   For a Bar Mitzvah to be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 5:30pm-11:00pm.

BROOKLINE HOUSING AUTHORITY (BHA) PRESERVATION INITIATIVE





Housing Advisory Board Chair Roger Blood and representatives from the Brookline Housing Authority will appear to update the Board on the BHA’s Preservation Initiative.

  1. Question of approving up to $400,000.00 from the Brookline Housing Trust to create a revolving Credit Facility for pre-development costs associated with the BHA Preservation Initiative.

Approximately 7:30 P.M.

Town Administrator Melvin Kleckner and Deputy Town Administrator Melissa Goff will present the FY2019 Financial Plan.

Review and response to an Open Meeting Law Complaint pertaining to the Select Board’s joint meeting in Executive Session on November 9, 2017.
