A. Question of approving the minutes of August 8, 2017.
B. Question of honoring PFC John T. Mulhane for his Service to his Country with a Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday, September 18, 2017.
C. Question of authorizing the Chairman to execute a letter to the State Legislature’s Joint Committee on Transportation, Utilities, and Energy to support increasing the Renewable Portfolio Standard to 3% annually.
D. Question of authorizing the Chairman to execute the following in connection with the grant funding received through the Massachusetts Historical Commission’s Survey and Planning Grant program for a multi-phase survey update of cultural and architectural resources in the Greater Aspinwall Hill area of Brookline:

F. Question of awarding and executing an Owner Project Manager (OPM) Services contract with Hill International, Inc. in the amount of $239,994.00 in connection with the Brookline High School Expansion project.

I. Question of approving Amendment No. 21, an increase in the amount of $13,750.00, to the contract with HMFH Architects, Inc. in connection with the Renovations and Additions to the Edward Devotion School.
J. Question of approving and executing an agreement for the purchase of a Pumper Truck in the amount of $622,139.60 with Bulldog Fire Apparatus, Inc. under the HGAC Buy Cooperative Purchasing Program.
K. Question of accepting a gift from Chestnut Hill Realty for an amount up to $10,000.00 for support in the creation of the zoning bylaw necessary to implement the Hancock Village MOA.
L. Question of adopting a Proclamation acknowledging October 21-22, 2017 marking the 200th Anniversary of the Birth of Bahá’u’lláh, the founder of the Bahá’í Faith.
